To be fair he is right, there seems to be a bug
When trying to remove a webapp, you get a select, you choose the webapp to remove, and then you get the message "You have to provide the web app name"
After that its says done, and the webapp is not deleted
let me check the corensponding code

@real osprey its a bit stupid but found how it works. Pressing enter = submit, not choose an option, if you want to choose an option, you press X (or space) on the option (or multiple options) then press enter at the end.
Probably the message given shouldn't be;
You must provide web app names.
but
You must have at least one web app selected. Use space to mark a web app for removal.
