Whoa! LOL. So just clarifying— you installed this mod and then the wild hamsters started to mine blocks and kill neutral entities? 😱😱🤭🤭🤭
What's your modloader and it's version?
Last version TenshiLib for neo forge crush minecraft.
*and now I'm interested in trying to repeat it
Yes
Forge + Fabric w/ Sinytra Connector latest and Minecraft 1.20.1, but i think it could repeat with only Forge installed
Actually not me, it's some other Chinese players installed this mod in their minecraft :3
++ so it's fabric related. i'll test it later
Sinytra connector has been known to cause strange issues before— are you saying you are playing on 1.20.1 Forge, but you’re using the fabric version of Adorable Hamster Pets via Sinytra connector?
Let me know if I’ve not understood that correctly.
If that is true, who knows what numerous issues that might cause, but probably lots.
I'm trying contact the post sender
do you know, if it's a tamed hamster?
or a just that spawned
so, tamed hamster indeed are killing mobs that you hitted, but, i just think it's a standard behavior for them, like wolves
neo forge 1.21.1 failed to repeat.
forge 1.20.1 failed to repeat.
neo not working at all with this mod, so yeah...
do you know, if tamed hamster attack mobs, that you damage?
I don't know, but they definitely attack hostile creatures, I haven't checked on peaceful ones. I suppose it would be logical
I tested 1.21.1 neo forge with Confluence: Otherworld and adorable hamsters + Improved Mobs. It was funny to see the flying eyes from terraria shooting arrows..
idk, he just reported that about the situation, other information are very limited
I think this issue needs to be closed, cause the mod "improved mobs" are higly configurable, so the player could add hamster to any of the categories, turn of any feature, and make him not be effected by the mod independently
Also, maybe he just tweaked some settings, ALL tamed pets, or the ONLY modded mobs are doing this, etc.
@cunning ocean
This is valuable info, thank you!
