Hi, typing this for my husband who is currently playing the game.
He experienced a glitch when entering Box Hell: Nate's hat that he was wearing touched the ladder right above the entrance when walking inside, the hat got stuck at the ladder but Nate kept on walking, his head and neck started to contort backwards and he eventually fell from being pulled back by the ladder. Now Nate is in an out-of-bounds area underneath the Box Hell and there seems to be no way out. There is also even more glitching underneath there which makes it hard to try ways out.
I think my husband already (accidentally) deleted the saved game and wants to restart later on, so he wants me to ask if the hats, fruits and cut scenes are necessary for the end of the game and change the outcome of it or if it would be enough for him to simply go back to the spot where he stopped?
PS: Asking for him cause he doesn't want any spoilers but feel free to spoil me and I will spoon-feed him a spoiler-free version like he is Nate himself.
