Allow for device profiles and default field values for reports

It'd be great to have different device profiles with my default values that I can add to reports (e.g. Gamehub Lite and the turnip drivers etc).
This would reduce the amount of time manually typing in the turnip driver values. The downside is that report accuracy may reduce as people may not input the correct values and just default out of laziness. Worth a consideration.
