Puzzle to last boss not working?

So I did all 5 of the secret rooms before the heart, but in the liver and lungs i got the same shape and same direction, so I'm not able to enter the brain. kinda bummed because this was the first run i got with all 5 secret rooms that made it past the heart boss.

it could be some broken mod, could you try unsubcribing from all of them?

I unsubscribed from all subscribed mods and reinstalled the game, yet it still fails to launch properly.

Yeah, also twice now i've got all 4 parts and specifically the one that points down hasnt worked.
