Opened up a secret room by spending 10 cells and when I went inside it it was empty is this an intended feature or a bug?
If it helps I instinctually shot minions inside of the room before actually heading inside of it myself

When you go in it, it gives you +3 max HP
You'll notice if you look at your healthbar
It doesn't heal you like membrane restoration, it only adds the extra HP
