Haven't gotten to play as much as I want, but current comp is Lucan, Rex, Conquest in that order.
Since the Hi-Lo in this game isn't overly insane atm, I find Lucan's strike/throw is really threatening. But unfortunately, since the game rewards retreating a lot atm and I haven't labbed my blockstrings much, I find I either do amazing with him, or he struggles to get in. Also, he pretty much always stays point because most of his assists are kinda doo doo.
Rex is pretty much there for his neutral assists (his combo assist is kinda weird, very low hitstun and seems to miss juggled opponents a lot) to make the other two better, and also his ability to zone and waste time mid game is great to recover HP and boost for the other two.
Conquest is just HIM. Probably my best character, great at bullying his way in and hitting really hard once he's there, despite all the adjustments and small nerfs he's already had. Plus, two great grounded assists, air assist is okay

Also, took one look at your team comp and was like "Ah, so you love bullying people and pushing buttons even when you're negative", because those are easily the most armoured characters in the game. How do you find MG though? I've heard a lot of people say she feels quite limited compared to the other 2/3 you have in your team comp.

The armor reminds me a lot of the heavies from Smash Bros. Even if they’re low tier, I like playing the big guys. (don’t take out of context) if they have fun and interesting combos too like bb, they’re on my team (this explains why I main sin in GGST)

I mean, I do zone a bit, especially against people who have armour since Rex's mix is pretty fake if you can just bum rush through it. However, that's only so people will start approaching recklessly, because it makes my job a lot easier. Then once I score a hit, I usually just active tag Lucan or Conquest back in
