What I will state is:
COP Allen is not unlocked
Breakout Conquest is not unlocked, but I do see his price was lowered
Digital Deluxe Upgrade marked as Unavailable instead of Purchased(I bought standard and upgraded to Deluxe on Day 2 I think)
Could be a delay thing too, I'm just asking and letting y'all know
