Digital deluxe upgrade

Will there be a digital deluxe upgrade for the game with the skins characters and banner or will the character pass count as the deluxe upgrade and come with the banner and skins

Would the people who pre-ordered deluxe get universa + immortal or is it seperate (sending here aswell incase Noone saw)

I assume you get them both if you get deluxe as they are in the character pass which you get in deluxe
