Simple Boomerang and Long Ranger ideas

A way to recall the boomerang early with right click, or make it a Joker, and for the Long Ranger, make critical shots pierce even more, it could also be a Joker.

The long ranger has nearly infinite piercing anyway, only stopped on shield or terrain hit. I think my personal record is 9 kills with 1 shot.

I have my own ideas for changes to atleast the boomerang but would I would like as a changed is on right click while the boomerang is in hand it executes a melee attack and and right click hold it charges up a stronger melee until release. Ontop of that if you left click while the boomerang is charged it does a stronger throw

Infinite? I can only ever get it to pierce 2 targets

The hitboxes on enemies are very tight, so it's not always easy to hit multiple enemies. Just turning around and running away to get some distance and let enemies group up helps massively.
