Just a simple buff making the Homing Burst Joker fire the projectiles for every 10 shots fired or even lesser. This makes the gun a little bit viable in nightmare difficulty

The gun is quite viable in nightmare, it's just that its unique jokers are embarrassingly bad.
I agree with the general sentiment of homing needing a buff, though my idea on how to approach it was a tad different.

yes, and the thing is I noticed that there's this disconnect on the mag size and the actual Unique joker. its every 20 shots but the default mag size is 24. so having Clutch equip doesn't proc it correctly.
