I got a card that said it would make my shots sound like chicken sounds and I was really excited to use it but I cannot find it anywhere. Is it just a joke?

Howdy, so you got Useless from the gamba machine and you can't find it?
I thought it was a character Joker, but wiki states you can locate it when equipping Jokers for your weapons

Yeah, exactly. I got a Useless! card from the gamba and I can't find it. It's not in the customize hero place with the upgrades and other joker cards.
