Make a day/night cycle

think it would be awesome for us (and our eyes) to have the time of day in the lobby be dependent on the player's actual time, day hurts a bit when it's late :]

A day/night cycle was explored in the past, but in the devs words it made every map feel the same or inconsistent, so the only map with night is area 41 and canyon
