we found a diagram that seems to indicate windmills pointing towards a large ring, and most of the windmills on the map are shielded. we have found 2 that are not however. is there a secret on the map that has yet to be discovered and is this something to do with it if there is?

In CE when the game starts you see something quite similar to that on the holograms in the command deck of the pillar of autumn

I know what you mean. I spent 7 hours on the map trying to find graves and all the collectables, but no luck on that terminal besides my theroy
