spoilers for drac brutal : ||in brutal drac has 4 phases in total and phase 3 starts you off having to suck a new blood type from some minions which is ONLY AVAILABLE in that fight and its the strongest blood type in the whole game which should tell you something about how tough drac is on brutal||

If I was going to run it I'd probably increase stack size so we can fully loot areas and not have to back out due to inventory space, and also remove durability? Since we're not in PVP and that's the main reason to have durability, I feel, it's silly to have it active.
