Okay, after indiscriminately nuking my game files and verifying, then reinstalling everything, it no longer pops up a list of broken mods, but red4ext still isn’t loading

This is driving me nuts, I activated red4ext's console so I could see what it was doing and this is all I got, not sure where the red4ext error ends and the game starting begins
