Only if you live in the EU, though, as they only lost the rights to Big Mac in the EU thanks to that one lawsuit they tried in Ireland against a mom & pop chain that had existed in Ireland for decades before McDonald's arrived there.
The mom & pop chain won the trademark lawsuit McDonald's tried to levy against them because they'd been both using it longer within Ireland specifically (which would've been enough on its own under Irish trademark law), and longer as a whole (they'd started well before McDonald's had started operating even in the US).

Karmic Dice is objectively terrible because the entire point of it is to fuck you over if your natural RNG is good, and boost you up if it's bad, such that it averages out to the actual average of a d20 better, but they didn't remember to make it only affect d20s, so it also hits your damage dice.

Yes. And Damage dice also impact the random chance of Karmic dice deciding to impact a dice and in which direction.
So if you consistently roll high on damage, but low on skill checks, then the damage dice will be skewing it more towards causing you to have worse rolls until that influence balances out with the untampered rolls.

The rogue rolling fat damage with the Sneak Attack very well could fuck up the roll for the Cleric casting a healing spell.

fun late-ish act 3 spoilers fact. ||the fort you fight Gortash in has these bomb throwers up on the walls, which are very inconvenient to fight conventionally, but it's a free action to just pick up the 20-60 thunder damage grenades the level endlessly throws at you once per cannon per round, and they're vulnerable to their own bombs. sadly, Gortash himself is immune to their damage, but hey, free explosives!|| super duper cheesy, that.

Mild complaint. Found a recipe that requires a bark from a tree found in specific area. Astorian had no clue where it would be, but my custom character lived in that area and would 100% know. Infact if I pick the note up with my character it's "Ah yes that stuff". Of course I only know this cause I reloaded the save real quick, I constantly quicksave so always got a close load point.
The first time I did pick it up with Astorian and he didn't know. Nor would I have really expected him too. But the fact that you can't just run it by other party members is sad. No clue why they can't just "huh never heard of this stuff. Anyone else?"
Like I really thought I'd be able to give the note to the more knowledgeable person and get the info I wanted.
