Modification of MIS v5 by @fluid rock & @marble stag

Features:
Sorts items at hopper speed with a 16gt delay between item types.
Silent
Can sort up to 54 items per slice
Can sort 64 and 16 stackable items
Accepts (but can't sort) unstackables
2x7x7 size
Can be fully hopper locked

Notes:
Schematics include the item gate, a slice, and a U-turn for the 1wt design
Versions of both 2wt & 1wt with self managed hopper locking attached

Modification of [MIS](#1454753725091676293 message) v5 that sorts items at [hopper speed](#1454937395693879409 message) with a 16[gt](#1454753634435858666 message) delay between item types. [Silent](#1454754730088726631 message), 2x7x7 size, can sort up to 54 items per [slice](#1454754736224997386 message), handles 64 and 16 stackable items, accepts unstackables (but can't sort them), and can be fully hopper locked. A 1-wide butterfly tiled version is also included.
