Dictionary Entry: Unstackable sorter
An item sorter that sorts unstackable items into different categories. Regular item sorters can not be used for this use case, because the items don't stack, so unique behaviors of each item type have to be used in order to separate them. Methods of sorting
Copper Golem - Can sort all unstackables but potion and enchanted book variants I believe depends on nbt data
Shulker Box - Placement with dispenser / Carpet stackableshulkerboxes
Minecart Variants - Can be sorted using unique interractions on rails / ability to pull items out of containers and pick up mobs
Boats / Rafts / Chestboats / Chestrafts can be sorted based on if it can be placed upon a waterlogged block and entity ride spots
Gold Items - Can be picked up by Piglin
Netherite Items - Can be burned and be detected by calibrated sculk sensor

Lava Bucket - Dispenser Interraction
Powdered Snow Bucket - Can be moved / Slows entities / Supports leather boots on armor stands / goats too?
Flint and steel - Can light things
Shears - Can shear sheep and dispenser interaction
Brush - Can brush armadillo
Helmets / Leather Cap / Turtle Shell - Can be placed on armor stand with dispenser with all other slots blocked
Chestplates / Leather Tunic / Elytra - Can be placed on armor stand with dispenser with all other slots blocked
Leggings / Leather Pants - Can be placed on armor stand with dispenser with all other slots blocked
Boots - Can be placed on armor stand with dispenser with all other slots blocked
Mob Buckets - Cant be sorted as item, can sort mobs based on hitboxes leaving water buckets
Music Discs - Can enter Jukebox, output somewhat different signal strengths and have different playtimes
Saddle - Can be placed on pigs horses and other mobs using dispensers and sheared off
Horse Armor - Can be placed on horse variants with dispensers and sheared off
Wolf Armor - Can be placed on wolfs using dispensers and sheared off
Potions - Can be sorted by either duping and detecting effects or using cuds to determine one of 7 categories they can fall into based on what ingredients they can accept, can also enter brewing stands if you dont care about effects
Enchanted Books - Can enter chiseled bookshelves
