Can you provide the top part of the terminal output?

Is this a new setup?

rigid solar
#

No

#

I woke up today seing those errors.

#

Nothing changed in the last 2 days.

Interesting..... Can you check your files tab if something is missing there? Mainly your bot_token.txt? Or check the log of your container

rigid solar
#

Been using the exact same bot for like 2 weeks now, I did notice it was having problems redeeming the codes

untold gale
#

Issues during redemption is normal

#

Remove the folder cogs, .cache, .local, .config and restart your container

rigid solar
#

Okay will do that now

untold gale
#

Perfect, now go to the startup page and replace the command there with
python main.py --repair

rigid solar
#

Okay will do that now.

untold gale
#

Let me know how it went

rigid solar
untold gale
#

Oh, wow your startup command is weird af 😅😂

rigid solar
#

Any way of fixing it?

untold gale
#

yes, but I need more braincapacity then I have atm....

#

give me +/- 1 hour

rigid solar
#

Sure thing, take your time, thank you for the help.

untold gale
#

Which hosting service do you use?
Then I can see what panel software they use, it looks like pterodactyl from your SS but I want to be sure

rigid solar
untold gale
#

yep, that's pterodactyl alright

rigid solar
untold gale
#

and?

#

😂

rigid solar
#

Starting the bot up now

#

I still get the same problem

untold gale
#

ok, now add the --repair behind main.py

#

don't add the python before it anymore. the script on bot-hosting is built different then we have at ikketim.nl

rigid solar
#

Ahh I see, I will try running it with --repair behind and without the python.

#

I will get back to you when the bot runs the repair

untold gale
#

ugh, wth did they do with their egg.....

#

ok also remove the file called version. please make sure you first make a backup of your db folder since this will force a reinstall. it shouldn't touch the db folder but you never know.

#

remove the --repair before you restart

rigid solar
#

Okay will make a backup of it all.

rigid solar
#

Fixed
