#gift_operations not working well (not sure)

So most of the commands work well aside from the gift_operations not sure why is it not working? The form submission fails, I'm not familiar with python so I didn't try modifying the code. Can anyone please help me or if there's something I needed to setup first? Afterall, I just cloned the repo.
