can't open main.py after update 1.3.0

im on pc windows 11
tried by doube clicking the main.py and run main.py command.
i got this notes

followed the instructions then its kind of installing a new one instead of upgrading to 1.3.0

i noticed it was asked me to run the cmd on system32 instead the actual files from

maybe that was the problem

The issue is that you just clicked on main.py,
It's not an executable
