if were looking at this error, it doesnt actually stop the bot or prevent it from working just throws the terminal output out a little bit, a restart should fix this

No, we disable renewal as long as your bot is active. If it goes offline we enable renewal and you have 30 days to renew it with the tokens

Unzip your zip file.
Download winscp or filezilla or any other sftp capable program
Go to the panel, tab files
Below it there is a ftp link and user name. You can login directly into your bots files.
Remove everything you copied now and then just drag and drop all the files from you zip into the root of your server
Don't make any folders, just all the files straight into it so main.py is in the files tab without having to click anything else

it happened when I was trying it for the first time then somehow it got fixed by itself then ran for 2 weeks restarted once to check the update no issue but today the same issue persist.
