@severe mist Have you gotten this issue solved? The exact same thing happened to me and now i cant even add a card or pay it. It just says card declined...
I have also contacted support, but almost 3 days have passed and no response :/
Still not seeing anything here... Im as well getting the same error, cards are being declined.
Hi, I've already contacted Billing Support and opened case #178032264500575 regarding this issue.
It's been about 4 days and I haven't received any update beyond the automated response. My Kiro Pro subscription was downgraded to Free Tier after a failed invoice, and I'm currently unable to restore it.
Is there any way this can be escalated or checked by the appropriate team?

Nope, still not fixed on my side.
I opened a billing support ticket about 4 days ago, but I've only gotten an automated reply so far.
My Kiro Pro subscription got downgraded to Free after a failed invoice, and now seeing other people with declined cards makes me think it might not just be my account.
I'll update here if support ever gets back to me.
Same happened for me, raised complain everywhere. Yet to get a solution.
