#Account locked after successful payment ($5.53)

Hi team,

My account is currently locked/suspended, but my card has been successfully charged for $5.53 (Transaction: KIRO PRO SEATTLE).

I already submitted an AWS ticket (Case ID: 177962687400643) two days ago, but haven't received a human response yet because of the weekend. Could an admin please look into this and manually unlock my account?

I was charged even more than that, and I'm sure you lost money without any support.

Just accept it because I also lost $200 and they didn't refund me either, they simply apologized and didn't offer any further assistance.

I honestly think this app may not stay on the market for much longer. The payment process is way too difficult. Transactions already have 3D Secure verification, but users still get payments declined, accounts locked, and sometimes no refunds. Things like this will only push users away.
