Urgent: Wrong Overage Limit Error, Pro+ Paid, Cannot Use Claude

My Kiro User ID: d-9067642ac7.34c8b4f8-6091-7033-158a-6425ec75013a

I just renewed my Kiro Pro+ subscription, and I still have 2000 credits remaining in my account.

However, for nearly six days, I have been stuck with the same error:
You've reached your overage limit

All models are locked and unavailable, and I cannot use the Claude model at all.
There is no reason for this restriction, as my membership is active and credits are sufficient.

I have submitted official support tickets many times, but still have not received any effective solution.
This long-term abnormal issue has seriously affected my daily work.

Please check my account manually, fix the incorrect overage limit restriction,
and restore normal access to Claude and all functions as soon as possible.

This false overage limit error has locked my Pro account out of Claude for 6 full days, completely stopping my daily work. I have not submitted a GitHub issue yet. Please escalate this immediately and get it fixed as a top priority.

I reported the Overage Limit error of Kiro Pro+ subscription for 7 consecutive days.
I paid $40 monthly subscription, but I can't use any pro functions normally.

So far, there is no official reply, no email notification, and no problem solving.
My GitHub issue was also closed for no reason.
Please arrange engineers to check my account usage rules exceptions as soon as possible, or process a full refund.
