I was charged for Kiro Pro on March 31, but the charge was applied to a billing period that had already ended.

I received almost no usable service before my subscription was downgraded.

Please either refund the charge or activate my subscription for a full billing cycle.

This issue is urgent.

So this seems like a wider issue, not just my account.

Did you get charged at the end of the billing period as well?

I'm also waiting for AWS support response, but this definitely needs escalation.

That confirms it.

So the system is charging or attempting to charge even after the billing period ended.

This looks like a billing bug affecting multiple users.

I'll escalate this further if AWS doesn't respond soon.

Update:

They already attempted to charge my card again at the beginning of the month.

This is now a serious billing issue, not just a one-time mistake.

This needs urgent attention.

Btw the support take around 10 days to answer, be sure to include all the details needed with your UUID

And there's a high chance just like me you will get an answer like "we don't do refund" you need to remind them the law it should work better lol
