Currently, Dan's centralized processing time for similar issues is around 10:00-16:00 NYT (you can calibrate according to the time in your country), so you can be patient and wait. If you currently have a Kiro account that can be logged in, you can also send work orders through Billing Support within Kiro.dev (although it may not be useful lol), or you can also leave your userid in several posts with a large number of comments, such as "Account locked? Check.the Solution here!" or "About Account Locked", so that Dan can handle it tonight. Wishing you a speedy resolution 😉
