If paying users are still being locked out for no reason, then the student program is clearly too problematic.

im getting message i was verified and got the sheerid email that I was good. Its still stuck here I sent aws a billing message and they said just wait. if you could please figure this out that would be awesome!

@minor crow after investigating it appears that you have already redeemed the student tier offer once and thus are running into this experience when trying to redeem it again. I would suggest logging in with the user where the student tier offer was initially claimed.
I initially claimed it on this tho? I logged in through my google asu id
