Getting an AccessDeniedException on kiro-cli with what looks like an account-level suspension on the Kiro service specifically:

Error { code: "AccessDeniedException", message: "Your User ID (xxxxxxxxxxx) temporarily is suspended. We've locked your account as a security precaution. To restore access, please contact our support team to verify your identity: https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/" }

My AWS account itself is ACTIVE - verified via aws sts get-caller-identity and aws organizations describe-account. Bedrock and other services are accessible without issue. The suspension appears to be Kiro-specific.

Has anyone else hit this? I've raised an AWS support case but wondering if there's a faster path to resolution, or if others have seen this and know what triggers it.
