genuine question, do you have another account with kiro that you are using before this happened?
I’m looking for some help or clarification regarding my account issue with Kiro.
My account was recently locked, and I received a message saying they cannot restore my access, but the team did not provide any specific reason. This is confusing because I literally just created the account and only used it normally. I never spammed, abused the service, or violated any policies.
I already reached out to support, but the response was basically a final decision with no explanation. It feels really unfair and frustrating to have my account closed without knowing what I supposedly did wrong.
Has anyone here experienced something similar or knows what could cause this? Any advice or insights would be appreciated.
