Hi, I got this error ever since I added a code for Pro+ plan, this error keep persist only for my account, I've checked others people error but look like the solution isn't cleared. Can someone help me ? I can still login with other account.

I’m looking for some help or clarification regarding my account issue with Kiro.

My account was recently locked, and I received a message saying they cannot restore my access, but the team did not provide any specific reason. This is confusing because I literally just created the account and only used it normally. I never spammed, abused the service, or violated any policies.

I already reached out to support, but the response was basically a final decision with no explanation. It feels really unfair and frustrating to have my account closed without knowing what I supposedly did wrong.

Has anyone here experienced something similar or knows what could cause this? Any advice or insights would be appreciated.
