Yea. I’m missing the credits that I didn’t get to use at the end of October

Otherwise no, there was no credits used by someone that wasn’t me, unless it happened and my account was flagged and therefor I was unable to see this.

Because when my account was flagged, I couldn’t see anything.

Good luck man. I had to kick up a storm to get help. It was an issue on their side and as you can see, I didn’t get any credits back that they locked me from.

And they kept billing me while I was locked out. Wild.

I had to go and reverse the charges from my bank.

With 0.6.0 they enabled the web app option to manage account. Perhaps that can help some people here. Might be additional details or option to remove attached CC there. Not sure. I just saw the announcement for it.

Both are not working currently, poor service and seems to be SCAM
