Hi, I didn’t realise that the September trial refunds would automatically roll over into October, and I’m not sure how to resolve this situation.

I also hadn’t seen that the subscription price had increased significantly, and I wasn’t aware that 1st October was the rollover date, regardless of my original sign-up on 7th September. I clearly misunderstood and the messaging around this wasn't very clear.

The $240 charge is a huge amount for me to lose right now. I'm not joking when I say I'm not sure how I'm going to pay the bills this month. As soon as I noticed the charge on 1st October, I immediately tried to dispute it. I haven’t used any of the monthly subscription.

Please could someone advise me on how this can be resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I submitted a ticket on the 1st October and I was told to wait. Finally got a response today after 8 days only to be told the request was refused. While waiting for a response all this time I was not able to use the service. My current usage for the month still stands at zero. I'm absolutely gutted to be honest, it was a genuine mistake. Given that I haven't used the service at all and the significant amount charged I would have hoped that a big company like Amazon could have been a little understanding of the circumstances 😢
