So if you look at what you were billed, it would be about 2/3 of the monthly price, and the credits you received are about 2/3 of the monthly credits. For some reason, they have the billing date set to the 1st of the month, so they align your first month to match

I assume you bought the $20 plan sometime mid month and the vibe and spec amount was prorated due to it being mid month. KIRO PRO
