Have been getting a lot of this lately while in the spec mode. Does it have something to do with how LLMs behave, or is this from Kiro?

Please feel free to +1 the issue. In the meantime as a workaround, if the file attempting to be edited is opened (whether in kiro or elsewhere), close it and retry with Kiro.

Also being tracked here https://github.com/kirodotdev/Kiro/issues/63. @warped vale can you confirm if the chat eventually succeed after trying a different approach or does it infinitely get stuck in a loop or fail?

In this case it did eventually succeed. But earlier I noticed instances where it seemed to be in a loop
