When Kiro auto-runs npm run dev or equivalent, the server starts on localhost but Kiro waits indefinitely. Stopping the server with CTRL-C in the terminal snaps Kiro out of its blissful reverie and it proceeds from there.

thanks which reminded me to put it in the steering docs to use powershell. Kiro confused sometimes that i'm on windows machine and kiro kept using bash commands.
