Hey @maiden zodiac, yes, you have to develop with Kiro but the team is working on bringing the Kiro experience back. I think you will have an opportunity to join the hackathon, the hackathon is for showing your creativity and I hope you will have that chance. 🙌

@maiden zodiac asked if only people who already got accepted into the whitelist could participate in the Hackathon.

Because just like me I joined the waiting list and the Hackathon, but can't develop anything without being approved first.

The question is: "Is this hackathon only for people who already have access to KIRO?" and there was a mention of joining the waitlist of the Kiro (since there is a waitlist for it).

The hackathon (Code with Kiro Hackathon) requirement is to build a software uses Kiro. If they don't have access to Kiro, they can't participate it yet. I am not saying they are forbidden forever. I asked their question. Because they also asked about getting access to Kiro (since they are on the waitlist)
