Here is the fishing zones for the beach. The higher the fishing zone, the less chance of getting trash, the higher chance of getting rarer fish.
The largest fishing zones are always the furthest from land, as you can see. The rock just also happens to have the largest valued fishing zone, like anywhere else on the beach.

Grass naturally spreads out from other grass while on the farm. You can plant a clump of grass starter, then let it spread, then harvest for maximum efficiency per grass starter
