I don't think so, the auto grabber doesn't collect them, I just looked at the wiki

Doesnt the pigs need to eat grass to colect truffles ? Doesnt them find it in grass ? Or just flat soil is enough

They just produce it. Grass increases their friendship better than hay does

Pretty sure the truffles spawn on the flat soil
