best tip I can give, dont rush. Personally I like upgrading my pickaxe and axe to copper, and making sure I have a coop and barn by about mid summer or fall, but I play pretty quickly lol

Also monoculture cropping is horrifically poor form irl. Plants drain specific nutrients from soil and repetitive use of that one crop will cause soil to lose those nutrients and become infertile. You have to rotate your fields and crops

I mean, I guess, but taking 3 hours in the start of your day to water crops isn't that bad, and it saves a lot of room and material. Then once you have enough money you can just buy the gold and the iron needed.

anyway if u wanna use it, use it, feel free to not use it if you don't like their layout etc. i don't consider 3 hours to be a good use of my time when i could be doing other things

but i just wanted to point out that they are objectively very good for the point you get them, because the gap between farming level 2 and farming level 6 is big.

farming level 2 needs only 380 farming exp total
farming level 6 needs 3300 farming exp total
