diamond sells for 750 at base price

but either way it's the convenience factor, at least crucial for early to mid game in some playstyles, but it's also up to you if you wanna do the trade, i do it up until i get another late game method for obtaining coffee

yeah that's why it's important to duplicate jades for lower dives, the deeper you get, the more iridium nodes, and the higher the chance of getting them! 50 to 70 is definitely still on the shallower end

outside of crafting crystalariums and sprinklers, iridium bars also sell for 1.5k each with the blacksmith profession, so it's always nice to have more haha u can never have too much

You sell the things that NPCs sell back to them, so Willy sells fishing stuff, so you sell your fish you catch to him, you sell plant based things/foraged items to Pierre, minerals/ores to Clint, monster loot to Marlon, building materials to Robin..etc

the best way to farm them is ironically in the ||desert|| lol, it's a 99% chance if you kill ||carbon ghosts|| (by resetting floor 1, for example)
but in regular mines there's a chance to get them from mining rocks post level 21+, so on 2nd thought my initial suggestion was not very accurate

after you ||get rid of Joja|| there's a cutscene where you enter Pierre's store and he's ||arguing with a customer about the seeds that he's now selling at a doubled price because there's no competition|| and you get the choice to either ||side with him or side with the customer that his markup is ridiculous||

generally it's good to use community center as a guide - bundles are very well designed for you to get to know the game, across various skills like foraging, farming, fishing, and mining

then post cc you are ready to enter the midgame, and can move onto #stardew-spoilers haha
