they roam around during the day, and go back in to sleep at night, u cant fence then in with grass if u dont want them to wonder too far, and if you need to do pathing around ur animals or dont want them outside the next day, just close their little doors after 6pm

Yeah they do! Sometimes they can bug out and not go in though so be careful. There's a 40% chance they'll get eaten in the night time if they are left outside with the door closed

i think u will always just collect the same ole slime balls, the little things u put in the slime incubators u have to actually collect from slime drops. You could kill the slimes u incubate and i think there will be a chance they could drop another one and forever repeat the process, but if you just wanna harvest the slime balls, it doesnt really matter the color

i believe you need to at the very least move around and see the junimo and interact with the scroll as part of the cutscene
and you need to have seen the cutscene to be able to buy joja membership

oh and the junimo appears in the wizards cutscene aswell right
