There's a few different sources. A lot are obtained from the cooking tv show on Sundays, "queen of sauce". Many also come from befriending people, usually locked behind 3 or 7 hearts

Then there's a few exceptions here and there, such as some gus sells

So your current number of sprinklers (15) can handle 60 crops, presuming they are base and not quality. With 9.5k you can buy 95 strawberries

I guess it depends on a few things. What level of the mines have you gotten down to? And how good are you at fishing? (aka, can you reliably catch catfish?)

yes, im pretty good at fishing (fishing 9) and can reliably catch catfish, i was kind of considering catching legend on the 12th and selling it for troll but i would rather play more longgame for money also honestly my catfish rates were kind of mid on the 10th (also rain day) so like kind of doubting that its worth fishing river LOL (ig it is statistically)

I had two rainy days at the end of spring (26 and 27), and I caught 17 catfish the first day and 24 the second. I am currently smoking them for even more money. But I can vouch for rainy river catfishing to be very much worth it, if you’re reliably able to catch them

Also, you need to hit level 40/41 in the mines to start finding iron ore (needed for the sprinklers). What I’ve been doing is repeating floors 21, 41, and 81 for ore (taking the elevator down to 20, the ladder to 21, if I don’t see much or any ore, go back up the ladder then go right back down, as the spawns refresh). 21 for copper, 41 for iron, 81 for gold

Going another 20 floors down in one day can be difficult, but not impossible. I’m not sure how much time it would leave you for ore farming

1. Yes, it can be used for certain cooking recipes, but most cooking are bullshit.
2. The mines in the ||Quarry|| is completely different to what you name dropped.
   While it does technically have ||skulls|| and is a ||cavern||, the ||skull cavern|| is an activity of the Calico Desert.
   The cave in the ||quarry|| consist of a singular floor, so there's literally no 'advancing' it.

there is no hurry, nothing is time locked or anything

Start a tree farm at some point probably at the train station(north of robins). Fishing is best way to earn money early on, its worth it to buy a better rod like fiberglass or iridium. Backpack upgrade from pierres should be one of your first big purchases. Dont scythe grass on your farm until you have a silo. Keep at least 1 of every item.
