its the 14th because you need to plant a pumpkin with agriculturalist and deluxe speed-gro, unlock the greenhouse by fall 9, then plant winter seeds in there (Winter root and crystal fruit in a seed maker will do the trick. You can get them in the mines) in order to get the other winter foragables you need for the bundle.
