i see well i think u should tailor the cabins on how many more friends u want to join in the future or if it's just you and your friend. and on the money style u could decide on that with ur friend if both of u intend to share money if u guys want to save up for the same thing, or if each of u want to keep and spend money independently without affecting each other's. as for the profit margin it's based on how high or how low something will cost and how much you'll get in return in selling it. u could research a lil more on this to understand it better since i can't explain it well, but normal is good already.
