pet & feed your chickens daily, build a silo early before cutting grass, save eggs or use them for mayo, focus on animals more than crops, plant easy spring crops like potatoes, chop wood and explore the mines, and don’t stress just go at your own pace!!

stardew valley is play at your own pace

but if you want some advice, fishing is the best early game source of money, get the first backpack upgrade from pierre as soon as possible, and the community center bundles can be considered like a tutorial for the game

energy problems? Not a problem when you're fishing, you don't have to sell your catch, you can eat it too

Hello, I joined this server to say just how much I hate this game: I spent the past 6 hours playing this game for the first time, and I just spent ALLLLL my money on potatoes, (and I should say that this was the plan from the moment I understood the gameplay loop) and right when I went to bed after planting them, they all died because APPARENTLY new seasons means all plants die or something?? Anyways, that’s all, I’m uninstalling and going back to whatever the hell I was doing before getting this game
