easiest way is probably to kill insect monsters

next easiest way is to brute force it with the seedmaker, about the same odds, but you'll need a lot of crop on hand to do it with, blueberries and cranberries recommended

and the ancient seed is arguably the best crop to grow in the game

so you'll want to grow it, and then seedmake it to propogate more of it

if yo uget the artifact version first you'll have to donate it to gunther

the seed version is what spits out of the seedmaker

Keep it until you have a fully upgraded coop with an incubator. Then hatch dinos. They will occasionally lay dino eggs, and you can turn them into mayonnaise. If the egg is gold star quality or higher and you've read the book that makes artifacts sell for higher prices, do not turn it into mayonnaise and just sell ti straight instead.

If you don't have enough machines to process your crops, then ideally you sell the highest quality items first, and leave behind the normal quality to process.

Really the only thing to consider is that Winter is likely to be a dead season, so you might sit on some crops from fall rather than selling them to give your machines something to do in Winter

How do y’all not get overwhelmed by everything you have to do for the community center? I genuinely need advice because I love stardew valley and used to be able to play it without getting overwhelmed, but now? I feel like I don’t know where to start.
Sorry if this isn’t a good question for here. Any advice is appreciated

There are two ways.
Way #1 is to not be in a hurry. Take the community center as a tutorial guideline as to what else you /can/ do and play the game the way you want to develop your farm and relationship with the community and skills. If you need to wait for year 2, year 3, year 4 for another thing, that's fine.
Way #2 is the speedrunning ccy1 graphic somewhere around here that has specific instructions what should be done when.

(Way #3 is to have enough experience playing this game that you dont need to actually think about it, but that has the downside of needing to have finished cc like 5 times first and being unhelpful in this context)

Take your time, you don't need to rush. Just focus on the things you enjoy, I always play in a very relaxed way, I'm in year 5 and I still have not completed the community centre, but I will get there in the end. Just play however you want, there is no wrong way to play.
