depends what you need, if your looking for money planting winter (foraging) seeds and powder melon can work reallyy well if you have a seedmaker to help cycle em, the former gives you foarging xp and the latter gives farming xp, then you can spend the rest of your days mining or fishing, if you need none of the above, you could also skip the season via sleeping if none of that appeals to you
