I read that trees in cindersnap forest WILL grow back even if you destroy the stump. But trees in your own farm will not grow back, they only have the chance of dropping seeds as long as they're up or the stump is still remaining.

How to get the Prismatic Jelly

In order to find a prismatic slime, you must search for one in the mines to kill in order to obtain prismatic jelly. The most recommended method (single player only) would be to use the elevator between floors 0 & 5, or any other preferred floor, 5 is just easiest, to reset the mines until it spawns. It's recommended to go on a good luck day, since the spawn rate for a prismatic slime is affected by daily luck.
