You will eventually find rings that glow and act as your light source. Before that you can place torches on the ground and light your way, but you will lose those torches.

Yes. Blueberries are great for dehydrators, as are cranberries, grapes and mushrooms, even blackberries. The great thing about dehydrators is that they can handle so much volume that you can dehydrate even some of your quality crops and not have a backlog waiting for processing, like you can with jars and kegs.
Early on, you can dehydrate up to silver quality on most things and make more money. Once you get the level 10 farming profession, Artisan, you can dehydrate up to gold quality and still make more money. There are exceptions, but it's a general rule.

it was but i dont play like every day or anything, for me this game is a weekend thing friday saturday and it took forever because i am bad at remembering shit. i tried my best to type a list of stuff i needed but some were out of season or like, i couldn't find without doing other shit so i would just do a bunch of other little side tasks lol

i took a break for a while from the CC to finish getting all the way down to the last level of the mines cause my brain was like -FINISH THIS TASK- i JUST finished the CC literally TODAY, cause i had to wait for the right season to grow melons. it was either melons or pumpkins that i needed to finish it, and the melons came first. + the maki roll and a rabbits foot.

i will say im getting mildly overwhelmed by the amount of farming i need to do daily now just to keep everything -cleaned up- i'm the type of person taht doesn't like a bunch of notifications on my phone or emails in my inbox so when i wake up im like -picks all shrooms and truffles and eggs and waters every plant pets dog cat and other animals before i move on-

Your animals can only be eaten if they are locked outside at night. Nothing can get in the open door, and nothing will bother your animals if they are safely in their coop/barn when night falls.
If you should happen to see an animal outside at night (only happens with a pathing glitch), you can enter their building, exit, and re-enter, and they will spawn inside.

You're probably just trying to hard to keep it steady. Rather than rapidly clicking to keep the green bar steady, go for a more 'hovering' type of movement, like a steady 'Click, release, click, release'

If you're clikcing more than twice in a second, that's overkill.

Trap bobber will keep the fish from escaping quickly, cork bobber increases the size of the fishing bar. Of the two, I prefer trap bobber; I find it helps me the most.
